Digital music purchases come with a personal-use license — you can listen, copy to your own devices, and back it up. You can't redistribute, re-sell, or use the audio in another commercial product without written permission.

Physical merchandise is sold as-is. Damaged or wrong items are eligible for replacement; reach out within 14 days of delivery.

Some releases are sold at a floor price with a "name your price" option. You can pay the floor or more, but not less. Once a purchase clears, it's not refundable in cash — digital orders that fail to deliver will be re-issued, but tip-style top-ups are non-refundable.

Signing up adds you to our list. We email when there's something to share — new drops, tour dates, occasional behind-the-scenes. You can unsubscribe any time via the link at the bottom of any email.

Submitting a booking inquiry or contact message doesn't create a contract. It opens a conversation. A booking is confirmed only after we send a written confirmation and (if applicable) a deposit clears.

We do our best to keep the site up and accurate, but the site and all content is provided "as is." We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the site.

We may update these terms occasionally. Substantive changes will be reflected by an updated "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
